Tribal Wars

23 days left to endure... Gogogo Ben Low you can do it! *** YE For the first time in quite awhile, I got to play acoustic for worship! It was really quite an enjoyable experience, and the song choices were really good IMO. Kudos to Mel for that. After the slight disappointment on Friday it was really a great breather. I had fun at worship prac, and for the first time this year, prac was in the morning, which gave us sometime after for lunch. Some people from the worship team travelled down to JEC and had an awesome lunch at Pizza Hut, and had a great time of fellowship in the process. The people are... Shaunald! Keyboardist that week. Mark! Backup singer, expert pen twirler and choir person! My bro Daryl, up and coming electric guitarist! We ate lots of baked rice and waited on hour++ for our food. It wasn't exactly a waste of time cos of the company. Shaunald says lots of funny things, and I think most YE people will agree. Looking forward to more worship lunches like this one! We

Down To The Wire

Wow another week has just passed... And its getting nearer and nearer to the most deadliest month in my entire JC life in my opinion. Its down to the wire and I think I'm gonna be pretty high strung. Let me give you an outline, yes? RR Concert! ~ 13th April SYF ~ 19th April NAPFA! Hmm some people maybe wondering... What so tough about that? Haha. Lets go week by week. Monday - SYF Prac, Rach home at 9pm Tuesday - RR Prac, Reach home at 1130pm Wednesday - SYF Prac, Piano, Reach home at 930pm Thursday - H3 Bio, Reach home at 7pm Friday - RR Prac, Reach home at 1130pm Saturday - SYF Prac (Morning), Worship Prac (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th weeks, evenings) Sunday - Church Prac (Aft), Church, Grandparent's house (Eve) Mr Wong (or any subject teacher), if you're reading this... Spare me! Especially the first 20 days of April. I'm sacking everything else for the sake of RR Concert and SYF. Friends if you're reading, please help support me through encouragement, prayer and company.

Itsuka Wakariaeru Kara!

Leisure Bleach! Well have been watching the past few days (you can't mug all the time, right?) and I've enjoyed it thoroughly. Just finished the Soul Society arc in time for the CTs. In my opinion Bleach isn't as heart wrenching as Naruto in terms of values learnt, but it has a storyline that flows with the present age, it has cool characters, cool techniques, cool evil people and a cool way people learn techniques. Not to mention absolutely stunning visuals and starting and ending themes. Absolutely love all the songs from Bleach, and if anyone has them in MP3 format could you send them to me? Heres some part of the lyrics of one of them. If you think these lyrics are good, plus the music the song is 100 times better. Go check it out. Intro ienai itami, kanashimi no kizutsuita kimi yo You've been hurt by unspeakable pain and sadness kesenai koto mo seoiattekou Let's carry each other's undeletable stains ikuru koto nagedasanaide Don't give up living! tsunaid

MARK!

Hey guys... Apologies for not blogging the past week. Have been busy with you know what. Yup piano. I'm kinda glad that this week was over, cos its been super hectic, stressful and draining. It feels great to have the burden of piano stuff off my back. This week has been a total blessing, and I couldn't have done it without God. Lets start from last Sunday shall we? *** YE Well Sunday was the the final day our dear pastor Rev Soon was joining us for service. He was transfered to St Hildas. The YE people made a nice card for him, his wife, and his daughter Amanda Soon. Rev Soon is a pretty nice guy. I'll miss him. Can't forget all the discipleship lay reader's training he gave me, and all the times he's talked to me about serving in worship and stuff. He's been a great blessing and encouragement to me... Fast forward to Thursday... YE gathering for the older guys. Paul, Jon, Kenneth, Gerald and I met up just to have a long chat. We met at some secret venue

Haha I'm wondering why I'm still here considering the amount of homework that came in over the past week. Got hit by two tutorials on Friday, and until now have absolutely no time to do any of them. Oh well. Plus the Chem Test, GP CT, and H3 Bio Tests next week, its gonna be one deadly last week of school. *** Eden-Sol Some pretty exciting stuff last friday... Woot Eden-Sol was featured on the New Paper. Before having our weekly bout of jamming we went to some nearby mama shop to get the paper. And Guoren kinda remembered something. It was kinda this time of the year last year when he had another photo shoot but the photos didn't get printed. Kinda nostalgic yes? After looking at the photos we gathered in the deserted alley behind the jamming studio and prayed... Giving thanks for everything that God had given us... Praying for the strength to keep the band going no matter what... Committing the future of the band to Him yet again. I really do hope Eden-Sol stays together t
