CTs

Its the middle of CTs, and I guess I've been quite ok with the papers so far, though chem was a real challenge. Imagine if you look at the MCQs, decide to skip until question 7 and then decide to do section B instead. But I guess that helped cos I finished section B and C with 25 mins to spare then I speed read through my MCQs and finished it. If I'd continued trying to figure the MCQ answers, I'd probably not have enough time. Econs wasn't as killer as I'd expected, though my hands ached and I was shivering through the paper. Well, Maths and Bio left. Two of the subjects that I have more confidence in. I just hope I pass my chem and econs papers. Get all C and above would be fine for me. And you know what? Teh bing works pretty well if you're feeling brain dead. Had a pretty sleepless night thinking about something good that happened after econs test. But shalln't disclose any of that sorry... I've got a break tomorrow yay! Got more time to sleep, catch

Prologue

Hmmm... Have been mugging, mugging, mugging my pants off. So I've decided since I suddenly decided to forgo my soc- *ahem* mugging for more sleep and a chance to wake up early, I might as well use the time right? So time to BLOG! Finished mugging my chem and maths, only bio (Membranes onwards) and Econs left. Going to do as much as I can before piano later. I think I can finish bio by then. Hopefully. I think my mugging has been quite ok so far... At least I can remember my stuff. I've been reading through, making my own notes/summaries for each topic. And I guess that helps! Have almost completed KH, left the Hades Cup, Sephiroth, Kurt Zisa, Ice Titan, Phantom and the last portion left. Besides that, nothing much in terms of play. Piano has been quite ok. And I've memorised my B piece! Oh yeahh... Good right? Now all thats left is to memorise the C piece, get my Aural and Sight Reading right and improve my pieces. Which is quite a lot still. Went for guitar meeting... Was

Church Camp 2006

Hey guys... Didn't notify any of you out there but I've been at church camp from Thursday to Sunday, and thus I haven't replied any messages on my phone as of yet. Hmm... Gotta start getting updates from people about guitar stuff and pw stuff. Day 1 Our family drove all the way to Kulai, following uncle Benson's car. We had quite a great time with Clement joining us in our car after the Malaysian checkpoint. We were like teaching him to say stuff I what not. Got there considerably early... Met Jon and Martin, who were there a day before and proceeded to the Rider's Lounge for some pool... Me 1 Jon 0 Me 0 Daryl 1 Headed back for camp briefing and lunch, which I felt was kinda good. Sat with all the YE guys as well as the pri sch boys. Well, after that once we got our bunk we had 2 hours and 30 mins of free time, which we spent playing cards, in the girl's bunk and at... The Rider's Lounge. For you know what. Went with Paul and Martin. Me 0 Paul 1 Me 1 Martin

Reflectionsss

RI RJ Transition Reflection... (Though I should be doing my pw one =P) When you get bored of doing the usual stuff you do everyday during the hols your mind starts to wander... And you start to think. Hmm... How have I changed? What did I do wrong? What went right? And you look for answers, just like every other curious being out there would do. And when you find the answers, you feel... Much better! You accept yourself for who you are, and you're proud of who you are... Hmm just half a year ago... Even before RJ... I was different? Or so it seemed to me. I wasn't really concerned with anything much. I was the resident nice guy of 4B, building bridges between muggers and slackers, sort of the in between bunch that was accepted by both sides. I think then I lived by a few ideals I always held true to, and it was easy living by those ideals. Though these ideals weren't put down in stone, for some reason I always had them in my heart. I think I can name them for you guys. #1 ~

Zzz...

Boring days... When your life kinda seems the same each and everyday. Same routine on days without outings... But I guess its kinda good... At least I have some time for reflection and deep thinking besides the usual qt, piano practice, mugging, sleeping, eating, being online and other stuff like that. But thats not to say I'm not having fun... Friday, I made a trip to Sam's house to go collect the homework/worksheets that were given out on the previous Thursday and Friday when I didn't go for school. Actually there wasn't much... Except for revision exercises and announcements and answers to questions. Spent some time playing yu-gi-oh cards with Sam, helping him test out his decks, then playing Fifa 2005 and a bit of Halo. The Fifa controls took a bit of getting used to, cos it was kinda different from the controls I have to use for Winning Eleven. The shoot and long shot buttons were swapped. Halo was ok... Sam let me win lah. No doubt about it. Sam's P6 cousin ca
