I Love YE!

Yeah! Went out with the guys to watch KungFu Hustle! There were Twelve of us... Makes me think of Ocean's Twelve... Went to the arcade first, then I met Law-san at the air hockey game. jus said hi and went off... Martin played the Gundam game and I and Tim played the soccer game. Won the cup but lost against the all-stars... Jon and Paul rocked in air-hockey, so did Tim and Gerald. The movie wasn't bad, I enjoyed it. Marcus brought a Gensomaden Saiyuki book, I had no interest in that anime though... After the movie we went to subway to play the number game. They took 5 packets of chilli. The penalty was to eat a packet of chilli. Three people got saboed (Tim, Nick and Ian twice) and I was tyco enough to guess the number correctly... In between 147 and 342, I guessed 250 and had to eat the packet of chilli... Haha. I'm really lucky... (Maybe i'm unlucky, but I refuse to see it that way...) Dad came back from Penang... Glad he was safe... The tsunami is really bad. Man

RJC is Cool!

Well, had guitar lessons with my cousin Jomel... Just added her too. Trying to get her to join YE. She says she wanna learn drums but can't... Her progress from last week was pretty fast, I taught her to combine slurring with the bass note and also the Rasguedo... She's learnt "Through it All"! Wow! Trying to let her get into contact with the kinds of songs YE plays so maybe I can bring her... RJC was huge! I didn't get to see the new headmaster though, Bob Koh. Wonder what he's like. Anyway, we went to see all the seminar rooms, the labs, the classrooms, the LTs, the Hall, the Dance Rooms, the Library. There are a total of 11 buildings! Cool! The thing that struck me the most was the library... It has three floors, with all the books, and there's a dumbwaiter to bring the books up to the floors... Cool! There are couches in the middle of the room, the computer terminals are still being set up though... One things for sure... I AM going to help there wh

Dancing is Cool

Well...Woke up kinda late and went to the Bethany Methodist Nursing Home with my family and Des, Omi and Joe's family. Went there to visit my granduncle who just amputated his leg and had a eye operation thingy... Seeing him there was really sad for me. Though he was the guy who did a lot of bad things to the family like gambling and drinking lots of beer and getting into debt, it was really sad seeing him there. My grandfather seems to have forgiven him and so has everyone else in the family. Wells, family's still the most important after all... Went for the dance practice after doing a bit of the catalogue. Did until Bible Studies number 28, then stopped to dance. Everyone danced well... Saw a bit of the photo in Amanda's BLOG, really cool. Honestly, it felt really great up on stage. God was happy I think. I'm starting to love YE more and more. Great singing and worship too guys... I was swaying to the beat of the songs. Good job to everyone! Can't believe we&#

Merry Christmas

"Merry Christmas... I'm going around tagging everyone's BLOG..." Haha. You must be seeing this all over the place. I was on a crazy SMSing spree too. Haha. I should laugh more. Well, just watched the anime Inuyasha and Twelve Kingdoms. Cool. Samurai X is cool too. The plot of Inuyasha is thinner but is portrayed in a livelier way while Twelve Kingdom's plot is way too messy and the way its portrayed is unique. Well, will still continue watching it since I don't have soccer to watch... Told you guys I was going Orchard but didn't. My mom was tired. Too bad. I heard Eugene was there doing miming at the Paragon but never mind. Heard that Gerald asked the YE to go for a late night movie but nobody went. Haha. Sorry I didn't bring my brothers along to caroling. It would have been much more fun. The first stop was Lee Ah Mooi's, and we passed RVHS along the way. Reminds me of all my friends who went there... Reached there and did caroling, too b

The Results Are Out...

The results of the PSLE Posting are out! And guess what school my bros went to... Darren went to NUS High and Daryl's going to Commonwealth. Lucky you Kangdi... Well, congratulations to them. They've just created BLOGs too, so I've just linked them. Besides that, I've linked two of my RI friends. If you wanna see how real RI guys are like, feel free to visit. (I'm not an example of a typical RI guy you know) My mom says that its always right to return the favour when somebody gives presents to you, so I'm gonna get something for Mel, Shu and Amanda. Actually I'm not the kind that likes to go out the way to get people stuff, but I'll make an exception... Thanks for the letter Mel, I hope we'll be good childhood friends forever... Well, I think my chinese has improved. I could read all the words of the songs! Haha. Glad I went ot China. Even more happier that I mugged my chinese a lot. Going to try an translate my testimony to chinese. Its going

Dancing and Singing my Heart Out!

Oh man... After Monday's caroling session, I was so tired. Slept immediately once I reached home. Just like after church camp with St.James. I miss their table-soccer machine... We went to a kindergarten at Yishun first, and the kids were so cute. They were smiling and saying hello to us after we finished and they couldn't bear to see us leave. We said our final goodbyes and went on to Novena. Then we went to the Christian's Old Folks Home. The old ladies there looked so sad and forlorn, and I couldn't help but give my best while singing. Then we went to the All Saint's Home at Tampines. I slept on the train and looked through the chord book Tim gave me on the way. When we arrived, we started from the third floor. It was kinda difficult cos it was an open air area. We had to sing really loud... Had lots of fun. I will never forget the YFC people. I miss their table soccer machine also. Thanks to Ronica, Xiu Ying, Jeffrey and Zhao Lin for guiding me through. Those wh

Dancing was cool again. I'm starting to like it. Still the verse left anyway. Thanks for the present, Mel, Shu and Amanda! Its the first time I recieved a present from girls (excluding my cousins). Haha... Forget what I was saying. Sunday was cool, especially while helping the children get their food. Preparing the drinks, rushing from Pastor's house to and fro and helping set the stuff up was pretty hectic. I was panting, I ran at least 10 times across the field, carrying hot nuggets. Didn't get any to eat though. My mom and aunty Ann were saying "Eat, eat, you deserve it!" but silly me, I didn't take anything. Maybe except the drinks and a few fishballs. After that played a little soccer with the P6, scored twice. Sophia's little brother is a great goal keeper. Max is real persistent at the ball. The dogs marked people really well, all they went for was the ball. Dogs are good defenders in a soccer match.

Rushing

Friday was crazy... Rushing here and there like a lunatic, taking a cab three times in one day because of the time constraints... Well, went to Amanda's house for dance practice on Friday. Getting to know the dance quite well! Yeah! Thanks to my great teachers out there... The first part is totally memorised, and the chorus is too, theres only the verse left. Yeah! Well, after that I rushed to the YFC's X-Identity thingy (lucky some good ang moh fella decided to take the cab home to Leedon Heights), which was something like the amazing race. The final destination was the Bible House, and there we did some caroling. This was my kind of race! They had all this cool puzzles and games that I could have rocked in! Too bad I came halfway through and didn't have a group. Enjoyed myself though... The taxi took ages to come, and all the aunties in the taxi stand were like screaming "Don't cut queue!" in my face. Singaporeans are like that in rush hour? Wow, I di

Remember those Days?

Well, went with the YFC people to practice carolling and this time it wasn't too bad either. After that we celebrated May Hui's birthday. Played table soccer against two girls and thrashed them even though I was playing against two people myself. I scored like 22 times and they scored only 6 times... This part of the post goes out to all you people who are sad, bothered or lonely.... Once there was an immature Sec 1 boy who missed his Primary Six friends who had all gone to other schools different from him. Because of that, he felt really lonely and rejected, and felt that there was nobody to stand beside him in times of need. Well, his mom told him to take a bus by himself to his grandma's house, and he ended up sleeping in the bus, and the bus drove all the way to his primary school before he woke up. He got off the bus really quickly and decided to walk since he had forgotten to top up his card. He passed the primary school, and remembered the stuff that had

Still Busy...

Well, I'm still busy on Thursday and Friday. I thought I'd gone through all the busy stuff last month, but now I'm still busy. The Christmas stuff is fulling up my schedule, but I think I'll do it in the spirit of giving and love. Well, going to uncle Alan's house to carol on Friday with Jon and the girls, hope we do well. After Wednesday's practice, i'm quite confident we'll do ok... Haha... Singapore qualified for the quarter finals by beatin Cambodia 3-0. Poor Vietnam, they got kicked out... Liverpool drew 1-1 against Portsmouth cos of Jerzy Dudek's mistake, but Rafael's blaming the strikers. Its getting really crazy in the world of soccer... Holding guitar lessons for my cousin Jomel, shes doing quite well, shes learning Harmonics, Slurs and Intervals already. When I was learning, these things were kinda hard, wonder how she's doing now? My mom popped the question of going to YE, don't know if she'll say yes... She says she

Dancing and Singing? I'll Try...

Haha... Imagine me singing and go out of tune. Imagine me dancing and falling down. Luckily those two things didn't happen. On Sunday, it was a mix of both dancing and singing. Singing was ok, but dancing was the tough part. I knew the steps, but didn't know which came after what and what happens after that... Felt that I let Mel and Amanda down. They were cheering me along but I still couldn't remember the steps. My testimonial thingy is ready. Just look at this BLOG and you'll find testimonials all over the place if you look carefully. Played the bass for Sunday School worship. The projector went haywire but Tim was really smart. He challenged the children to memorise the songs and gave them tokens if they could... On Monday I went for the YFC's choir practice. First time, but everyone was cool. The dog was nice. He smelt weird, and it licked me on my hand when I petted it. It was really friendly to me. Xiu Ying told me that the dog was a little over-enthusi

Camps are Made to Help us Learn...

Well, the camp was fun, made a lot of friends and met some old ones. Surprise... Joanna was there too with Myrtle and Louis, and I met two of my old Primary School friends, Lee Yang and Nina. They still remember me... Maybe cos I was kinda crazy in Primary School. I miss all my Primary School friends. Well, I came to this camp with a question. What did God want me to do after I've learnt so much? The answer I got was simple. Wait. Yeah. That was the answer. I have to have faith in God that he has your life in his hands, and no matter what he wants you to do, it will come, sooner or later. Besides that, I got a chance to try youth evangelism, which is pretty cool. Help them see the light, cos they'll be going to eternal condemnation if you don't help them. So now, I'm waiting, and trying to help those I can help in the meantime. On Monday, the YFC have invited me to see one of their choir practices. Maybe they want me to play the guitar or something...

D Edge Camp

Hey guys... I'm going to the D Edge Camp from Thursday to Saturday with Louis and Myrtle. Hoping to learn more about the Bible and Christ, also trying to find the answer I need. I've decided that I'm not gonna let this feeling of uselessness put me down... I'm gonna wait until God gives me an answer, no matter how long it takes. Meanwhile, I'm keeping my hopes up. Well, just watched the match between AS Roma and Real Madrid. Cool match. I believe both teams weren't playing at their best, but the attacking football was deadly... I would have died if I'd played against any of those strikers. Real Madrid won 3-0. Figo's goal was cool. He chested down a ball from the air and shot it between the keeper's legs. Charissa will be happy. Liverpool won 3-1 from 1-0 down and qualified for the knockout stages... Sorry chairman for not being able to attend the important meeting. Will make up for it somehow... Please update me when i come back. Thanks. I thi

MP3 Craze

Went Christmas Shopping with my mum and bought a converse bag and some bermudas. Got some stuff for my cousins, and my bro got an MP3. I wonder why people these days want an MP3 actually. Isn't a discman, walkman or the radio enough for somebody? Its really cool though. The only problem is that my bro couldn't find a comp good enough to install the download software. The comp I'm using is too old, my father's laptop is like a maximum sercurity prison and don't forget, they busted the laptop. Passed by a Christian book room and came across a book that talked about the martyrs that died for Christ. Quite touching really. Theres this one girl that got burnt alive because of her faith. Its these kind of people that are willing to sacrifice themselves for Christ that really deserve credit too. Really feel useless to God... If people can do these acts of great sacrifice, why can't we even have small sacrifices? I really feel that we should do more... To tell the

Ivan is my Idol!

Yay... found out that Aik Hong was my Angel. Pretty nice girl, doesn't talk much, but she's still nice. Well, during Sunday's worship, I was looking at Ivan almost throughout, and I could see that he had something bottled within him. When he told us about the porn site thingy, I wasn't surprised. In fact, I really respected him for that. I remember the lines from the movie Hellboy. "What makes a man? Is it what he accomplishes? No. What makes a man is the choices he makes. When to start something, and when to finish it..." I guess Ivan made the choice to tell us about it, and for that, I really feel utter respect for him. To tell the truth, I've been to a porn site before, but I was so turned off once I entered it. Exposed human bodies are not exactly a nice sight to see in my opinion. That didn't stop me from being bothered by what I had done. But I chose to keep it to myself. Ivan did it so many times, yet could admit it, but I did it only on

The After Camp Tiredness Syndrome?

Ouch... Once I reached home, I conked out. Now its at least 1 in the morning and I just woke up not long ago. I'm not tired at all now, but my mind doesn't seem to really be here at all. Its like I left it in camp or something... Well, I've now got 3 priorities that I believe God has asked me to do now, which are: 1. Try the bass guitar 2. Help in the library ministry 3. Get my family closer These aren't really easy, but these are my goals for the first half of the new year. Well, after the camp, I still had to stay back to practice for Sunday's worship. To tell the truth, I was something like the walking dead in the bus. My mind was so blank that I didn't win TaiTi much. Staying back to play the bass guitar was quite cool. I'd never played it before, but once I tried, I felt that I could really do well. Its really coincidental that during the camp, I felt that God wanted me to do the bass guitar too... The only problem is that the bass guitar di

Camp

Well, we huys from COGS and St James are more than half way through the camp, and I must say that itn has been quite fun and enriching. In every single sermon, we can' say that we haven't learnt anything out of it. The glory of God is up to us to show to the world, and no matter what happens, we have to minister to others, in order to glorify his name. I have to admit that I cried during the worship on the morning of the third day. I was thinking the exact same thing that I was thinking of when I had cried during YE. The worship was just so powerful and the lyrics of every song hung on me so tightly. I was thinking that the grace of God was really good, cos it still helped a sinner like me... Well, before the camp, I had a bowling session with my bros and a cousin. These are my scores for 4 games: 109, 71, 130, 120. Not bad, considering that I was rusty... If any of you want to go bowling, call me ok? The bowling alley at CDANs near my house only charges one dollar per ga

Welcoming December

Well, the month of December is coming already, and the much anticipated church camp starts soon! Yay! Hope all of you guys have fun there, and I'm sure we'll like the St James people. Talking about the camp, I just realised that I missed the briefing on Sunday... Had to help Uncle Leng Khoon with the catalog. In case you guys didn't know, the library can always be used if you need to get closer to God, just borrow a book that helps teach you what you want to know about God and read it. If you guys want to borrow books, you can approach Uncle Leng Khoon or me. No problem! And about the briefing, Jon told me about the stuff. The only thing that I'm trying to figure out is whether I'm supposed to bring my Amp. Well, congrats to all ten people who got confirmed, hope you guys go to Holy Communion every fortnight! Yay... Wow, Liverpool won 2-1, and against Arsenal too. Neil Mellor's last minute 20 yard strike was really cool. I bet even if the keeper was at

PSLE

Well, all exams are over!!! Better not be too happy, my brothers willl hog the com. Forgive me if I do not update this BLOG for a few days. Well, the twins got 253 and 242. One's definitely going to NUS High, the other hasn't decided yet. Watch out Kangdi, maybe he might make it to ACSI... Well, practice on Friday after guitar wasn't bad. We just played the songs to the best of our ability. Gerald sung pretty weirdly, but so did I. Yay... Well, Chee Seng's leading worship this time, and I'm sure it'll be a blast... You guys must be wondering why I'm saying "yay" so much. I'm under the influence of Hyqel and Karthik...

CCA is Fun!

This few days are getting really busy, a lot of stuff to do for CCA. Need to buy stuff for the farewell party for the Sec4s later, need to prepare stuff for it... Well, we had a soccer match for PT after practice, the score was 7-2 in our favour. The first time I played soccer for 1 hour in a long time. Well, I scored twice. Once with a solo effort and once from a cross! Yay! Match Stats: RIGE Team One - 7 RIGE Team Two - 2 Yu Sheng (OG) 3' (Team2) Karthik 8' 27' 55' 57' (Team1) Benjamin 16' 31' (Team1) Chin Heng 42' (Team2) Yu Sheng 40' (Team1) After the match, we met for awhile to plan for the farewell party. Have to get souvenirs and snacks and a cake. On Thursday we went out with the RGGE Exco. Cool meeting. We discussed a lot about how to solve both CCA's problems and how to colaborate in future. Ming Fang, Emily and Wu Lei are nice people actually. Yay... Afterward we went to watch the Incredibles. Karthik and Hyqel tol

Busy...

Its the hols, yet I'm still soooo busy. Got CCA, homework, all kinds of extra stuff, camps, you name, it, I've got it. As Shan told you guys, I'm a busy boy. The twins played a combined total of 55 hours this week. Its a lot more than the amount of sleep I have for a week actually. Don't really feel too pleased with that. Thats why I haven't been online or updating my BLOG often. What so good about MU? I got a haircut, and my mom insists that I look better with side partings rather that center. I beg to differ actually. But you have to respect her decision, of course. I think I'm too filial... Well, Liverpool just lost 1-0 to Monaco. Saviola scored although there were some offside issues involved. This is the first time I've watched a soccer match in quite a long time. I must say I'm quite satisfied. Well, Sunday was a long day. YE was great. I felt that Tim's sharing really hit me hard. To tell the truth, throughout the song, my eyes were t

Reading BLOGs...

Well, I've been looking at other peoples BLOGs to see how I can improve mine and I discovered a lot of stuff that I didn't know about programming and stuff like that... Thank you you guys for coming to look at my BLOG although its not much to look at. Glad to know that Ernest is back!! He must have felt terrible while he was sick, so we're all glad he's ok. Thank God for helping him and all the prayers for him. Well, thats all for now. EPL updates will be coming on Tuesday morning so stay tuned... Mean while, I'll go tag somebody else's board...

The guitar is driving me nuts!

Repairing a guitar is hard work. Well, before YE on Sunday, I noticed that one of the nuts on my guitar was lost. Today, I went around looking for it in the hardware store, Guitar store and DIY store at IMM. Well, they were either too big or too small. Then I went to West Mall to search, but couldn't find it either. If I don't get it repaired by Friday, I might not even have a guitar to bring to practice at St James. I'd better pray really hard that I'll find it soon... Talking about St James, I noticed something coincidential. On Friday, me, Rachel, Melissa and Hui Juan are going down there to practice. Out of us four, three of us used to go to St James together when we were toddlers. Pretty coincidential isn't it? Just thinking about it makes me feel weird all over. Well, church camp is coming. I can't wait...

So much stuff!

Wow... My brothers busted the laptop... played 7 hrs everyday, no wonder. At least I've still got the com. Well, no more soccer for me cos my dad cancelled the channels 23 and 24. (You guys should know about the Starhub vs ESPN fiasco) Nothing to do on Saturday and Sunday nights except sleepp. Well, a lot more has happened this past weekend, and I'm not sure where to start... On Monday we had a small basketball and soccer match with... my father! Wow, who knew that he was still so athletic? After a slip disc operation two or three years ago, he could still play well. Sunday wasn't bad at all, during YE, Zhi Wei told us about the importance of being as one in YE, and after that we aired our views in our cells. We talked about the cliques, and other stuff like BB, GB and the Sermon material. After YE, I interacted a bit with the girls (something that I don't do most of the time) and we played cards. Hmm... not bad being around girls actually. O Yeah... Sorry

The Ge Qinrun Academy of Science?

Just got an invitation to join Ge Qin Run's MSN Group, and I must say I'm quite honoured. While he was at RI 3B, I regarded him as one of the top thinking minds in school. Now I get to join his Group... That should be quite interesting. Wonder how he's doing in Canada now? Well, Saturdays practice was weird... Electone acted weirdly; suddenly tuned a tone down on the first song, made us tune our guitars according to the electone; then afterward on the last song in went back to its original pitch, made us tune back... That isn't supposed to happen with an electone is it? Well, practice at St James is on 19th and 21th (Now then remember...)

Back to Training

Well, Wednesday was a guitar training day, and it was my first in a long, long time. I'm glad I got into the gist of the new song quickly, but there was no PT after the practice because of the rain. That disappointed me actually. We've gone a long time without soccer for PT, and I was hoping for a good chance to train my stamina... Well, in place of PT we had a discussion about the Pot Luck for the retiring Mdm Leong, and we got feedback from Mr Tan that Mdm Leong did not want such an extravangance to be gifted to her. Guess we'll still continue with the Pot Luck though, cos we'll be able to say bye to the Sec 4's too. Had a discussion with the RGS Exco on MSN, and it wasn't bad, with plenty of good ideas being discussed, and the meeting being scheduled on the 25th, a Thursday. Wonder what they're actually like? According to what I've seen from the discussion, they're quite nice people and also very focused in what they do. I also noticed that

Headache

Well, the RISE concert was great, our rendition of Jiro Hasebe's Summer Wind was great, on the overall it was cool. After that we went to Suntec at 6pm, and that's where my head started to ache. Once I returned to Bishan, I passed the stuff to Yu Sheng and went home by cab. It ached all the way home and I slept once I reached my bed. The brothers were still playing the Ps and Com sin my room so I chased them away... Well, sorry for not being at church all you YE people out there, the concert was from 4 to 6 and the rehearsals at 2 to 4. I've just added a tagboard thingy, and don't forget to link me (If you want).

I'm Back

Wow... I missed so much while I was gone. Great EPL and Champs League Action, Arsenal Sharing top position with Chelsea, Michael Owen scoring again... Guitar Practices, church, writing on my BLOG... China was full of weird stuff like palaces, temples, the great wall, science museums, mausoleums, but it was quite ok. NEVER eat the seafood or tofu at Beijing, they have some kind of weird smell, maybe not that fresh. Our family stuck to fast food and hotplate stuff. Once I stepped on to the street, I saw thousands of signboards with chinese on them. (Actually I was knid of confused when I first looked at them) Now I know the importance of chinese. Well, we had a jamming session in church just yesterday and it was good. Learnt a lot of stuff from Tim, heard a little about our outreach stuff and saw one of the girl's (Amanda's?) cute dog. Well, getting my guitar by next week so that I can help in the YE...

RISE Concert

Well, today's the day of my grade 6 piano exam and I can't wait to get it over and done with. The past few days were so hectic, ferrying myself to and fro from my teacher's house, staying until 7:30pm... I'm going to have along break from music after this... We're going on the holiday to China on Sunday morning, so see you guys when I come back on Friday the 5th. I guess its pretty cold there now. (Ben HO's been broadcasting the weather everyday on MSN) Well, looking forward to it. And, the RISE concert is coming next Sunday and...surprise! Its at YMS. Sure brings back memories of piano concerts there. We'll be playing Brazil and Summer Wind, hope the guys there like it. The audience won't be too much, so I guess we won't feel that much pressure. Who knows, I might be going back there to perform the IF WE HOLD ON TOGETHER solo at the end of the month (Because of piano concert). Too bad, I'll miss the later part of church...

Tired

Reached home at 7:30 on Tuesday. In school, I lost my lock once I'd cleared my locker... Then I had to go to piano teacher's house to study... I stayed for 3 and a half hours... Once I reached home, I was pretty tired, so I slept early and woke up early. Well, some good news.. I thrashed Hao Jin 4-0 in chinese chess, 3 times using both my cannons, and once I made him resign. And, Wednesday's the last day of school...

Man U won !?!?

Wow.. Man U won 2-0 Who would have thought of that? Given Arsenal's unbeaten run, it would have been an uphill task for Man U.. I guess the turning point was the Penalty, once Ruud had scored, it gave United the momentum to go on and win and it knocked the wind of of Arsenal's sails. Wondering what happened, because I didn't watch the match. Well, the trip to Sentosa for games was really good! Kudos to the organising committee of Sarah, Joshua, Ian and Hui Juan!! They did an awesome job. We haven't had this much fun in ages... Well, kudos to all those who participated too, you were the ones that made it nice. Credit goes to everyone there, gals and guys for co-operating among each other, and showing people how strong YE can be! I'm sure that people would want to join us once they have seen what we were doing. Honestly, its the first time in a long while I've seen the YE so united, even the guys were co-operating with the girls and vice versa. Once again, all you

Drums

Drums galore in the Art Immersion Programme!!! Well, all the players were pro, they played so fast and so hard that it sounded cool. Maybe I'll take up the drums...

Rafflesian Spotlight!!!

Wow!!! Finally, our school does something cool like organise a singing and entertainment competition on a large scale. The RAFFLESIAN SPOTLIGHT wasn't that spectecular, but kudos to those who organised it. The Deputy Head Prefect sang really well, and I'm beginning to think that the next Singapore idol should be him instead... Well, piano exams coming on the 30th, and I can't afford to slack... Have been muggin piano ever since the CT ended. Speaking of CT, I was really surprised at my results, I finally got an A1 for my Chinese!!!! The rest of the subjects were A2 and above. I'll be advancing to next year, thats for sure... I step nearer to RJC and a mixed school... Got trashed 10-1 in handball, should have been more aggresive and pressed for the ball. Maybe I'd better stick to soccer.

Staying up late

Watching the match between Deportivo and Liverpool on ch5 now... Can't help but notice that both teams are trying to make accurate passes instead of trying at goal. I'm quite bored now actually... Liverpool are playing really differently from what they usually play in the EPL; in the EPL they specialise in utilizing crosses from the flank or superb runs down the flanks to initiate attacks, but here, they seem to be passing the ball to gain momentum, which I guess is really safe and sound defensively but its not that strong offensively. Sturdy players like Murphy, Heskey dislike that kind of attacking, so I guess thats the reason Rafael didn't include them in the team... 80mins left and still nothing... Deportivo just haven't shone, and from their matches in the Spanish League, you can say that they aren't powerhouses anymore. Their attacking is non-existent (Sorry, I don't mean to be blunt), and their tackles are inaccurate. But give them a little credit...they&
