I guess everything is returning to normal, as everything is now over finally. No more going home late, no more having dinners outside. I guess it takes some getting used to. But I'm so glad its over. Recieved feedback that we did considerably well, especially for our last two songs. Today was Raffles Rock Elections. Actually maybe not. Its Raffles Rock PAP style walkover. There were only 6 people running for 5 positions, and I was the only one not from the exco there. Went down after doing GP essay to see what was happening, only to find out the exco had already been finalised. Hahahaha. Chairman is none other than Samuel Lim, Vice-Chair is Jia Hua, Secretary is Lim Wei Ren, Treasurer is Gabriel and QM is MOCA. Congrats to everyone! Wish me luck for RJGE Exco. Hope to use this oppotunity to bridge relations between RJGE and RR. Went to Swensens with Gabriel, Samuel Lim and Choon Wing to celebrate lots of stuff... Such as the Raffles Rock thing as well as Samuel's birthday that

Concerts

Hey guys... This week was an awesome week. But well if you look at another perspective it was a crazy week. I mostly had fun this week, and I'm glad its all over. NAPFA and the two concerts. Over! Yay. RJGE Concert I came to this concert with one major purpose: to have fun. And of course it was really no problem with all the funny people there. Even the rehearsal before that was full of laughs. Lame jokes all over the place, 'Ben Low' puns, funny antics etc etc. I was kinda glad that everything went alright for me. I was in slacker mode I guess. Played a total of 7 ensemble songs and 1 rock band song. A Comme Amour Historia De Amour Doraemon How Deep is Your Love Jap Song Take Me Out Spring Shall We Dance Overall it was the funnest ever... Can remember the encouragement gifts given by our section leaders. Felt really really happy and blessed with all those goodies. Its a wonder how I didn't get a sore throat haha. My friends were quite happy with the concert, everyone s

Concerts

Hey guys... Oh well. Haha. I seem to be saying those three phrases really often. I think its a result of previous MSN convos. But the thing is, I haven't been online for a really really long long time. Well, Guitar concert's today. And with Rock concert on Friday, I guess I'm really pumped up and ready to go. Nothing's gonna stop me. But the only thing I'm real unhappy about is what has happened while preparing for the concerts. 1. Haven't been going for gym sessions for 3 weeks 2. Lost weight (either that or got skinnier) 3. QT in the mornings have less impact (though prayer has more) 4. Haven't completed my overdue homework 5. Reach home at 11pm++ every single day 6. No chance to talk with you guys online 7. No chance to mug for Econs Test, Chem SPA 8. I feel like the devil is attacking me spiritually, mentally and physically 9. Haven't practised piano in like... over 1 month? 10. Didn't contribute as much as I could have for Easter Well, I feel th
Sigh... Dilemma. Go for Raffles Rock prac, meet with jounalist from TODAY, practise all 5 songs for concert, run through = compromising my EXCO position in RJGE. Go for Guitar prac, have fun with my awesome RJGE friends, go out for dinner, master all the songs = being unable to complete all 5 songs and master then for Raffles Rock concert. This sucks. Well, what choice do I have? Gotta go for Raffles Rock prac and risked getting killed by the interviewers for RJGE EXCO during the interview. How do you expect me to answer the question: "Which is more important to you, RJGE or RR?" What can I say? Lie and say RJGE is more important? Or tell the truth and get dropped? God tell me what to do please... Well, nothing much to say, its been quite an ordinary week. Went to paint the banner on Monday. Yup the Ex Animo banner you've seen hanging at the Science Lab blocks! Please come down to support. Theres a booth in the canteen selling tickets. Anyone wants tickets? Please go ther

Whatever

Haha... Finally got the oppotunity to go for a pool session with some of the YE people, though most of them were preparing for Easter. Would you believe it if I said that I lost every match cos of the black ball? Haha. Must be hitting my shots too hard. Those I won I got the black ball in. Me 1 Benedict 1 Me 0 Shaun 2 Me 1 Kenneth 0 Got my first assignment as finance in charge! Refunding Shirley's $2 for aluminium foil for props. Oh yeah... FYI, my church is holding a small scale Easter celebration thing that involves quite a thought provoking play. "The Courtroom" by Carmen Licciardello makes people think about their belief in Christianity, especially those who have backslided... Wanna come or bring anyone? Its on the 16th April, Easter Sunday. Felt quite off colour on Monday, dunno why. Guitar prac went by in a flash, my songs are mastered, my stuff is all done except for the banner that we'll be putting up as publicity, as well as one of the ahem... *secret stuff*.

ogay...

Well guys... Feeling kinda great now after surviving another hectic week. This time I'm not so tired. Got enough sleep, instead of logging on every other night I went to sleep. And I wanna thank the teachers for being really understanding. Thanks. You know what? I managed to pull off an April Fools joke... Even without meeting much people. Just go to the rjge blog and you'll see. The address is www.rjge.blogspot.com . I think it was really convincing cos there was a bit of truth mixed in. I haven't gone for the past 2 pracs because of other commitments. Yup. It was the usual kinda week, with RJGE pracs on Mondays and Wednesdays, and RR practises on Tuesdays and Fridays. Won't elaborate on both pracs, cos I have decided to keep everything confidential so that I can suprise you guys on the concert days itself. There was a new turn of events in RJGE, which lead to me being included in the... Guess yourself. Tuesday. Went to play X Box at X Square in my CVs before Raffles R
