Tired...

Can't believe it... Why am I so tired? Its just practises... And I had fun during those practises as well. Why do I feel so drained? I just wish my body would keep up with my mind. Maybe being undead wouldn't be so bad after all. Your body would feel no pain at all, no tiredness, no numbness. Argh. I'm talking nonsense. Sorry bout that, lack of sleep. Well, once I reached home on friday I plopped down on the bed and slept for awhile, woke up, switched on the com and slept in front of the com. Haha. Then on Saturday after guitar prac, reached home at 2 instead of going to watch V for Vendetta. Slept on the train in the morning, then slept on the train in the afternoon, then went to sleep once I reached home. Went for dinner, came back and slept again, then switched on the com, talked a bit, and went back to sleep. No rewards for counting the number of times I slept. Felt that prac wasn't really fruitful, but we had fun yup. After prac tried Tifa's theme for auds, but

Edition!

Hey! If you noticed I removed the bar at the bottom and replaced it with a song thingy! Its Heart of Worship, one of the most meaningful and inspiring songs for a church going, instrument playing guy like me... I'll bring you more than a song For a song in itself Is not what you require You search much deeper within Through the way things appear... You're looking into my heart! Yup! Birthday shout out to Rach. Happy birthday. I nearly forgot about it! But hearing from Tim that you got an electric, I sorta remembered your birthday was somewhere round the corner. Wells... I'll give a shout out to you other YE people when your birthday comes! Yup. Hmmm... Sunday was a day to remember. Took part in the passover! Its quite an act of significance, cos it is on that day after the last supper where Jesus was crucified. There were lots of elaborate rituals to follow, and each one had a meaning embedded deep within. It was quite a learning experience. Was kinda bored after that cos e

Memory Lapse...

Hey guys... Hope you guys had a fun holiday just as I did. But I got a memory lapse. Can't remember what I did the past week. Never mind... I'll recall slowly... The first thing that comes to mind.... Pool! Yeah. On friday, the sec 2s dropped by my house after their outing to Orchard. Had pizza for dinner, and borrowed Top Spin from Om to let Shaunald and Marcus Ang play. Played a few rounds of pool with the sec 2s who came down to the pool room. Reversal of fortunes. Won all my matches. Scores... Me 2 Darren 0 Me 1 Marcus Yong 0 After that it was guitar lesson, with Tim coming over. It was pretty much a fun time, except that Marcus Yong still didn't know how to find his notes fast enough. We played a few songs, including Heart of Worship, To the Ends of the Earth, Everyday etc etc. Well, after that the real fun started. After guitar lesson I logged on to my MSN, and Tim kinda hustled me off whilst I was talking to Mel Goh. You wanna know what happened? Ask Mel or Tim. I

where was I?

Hmmm... I met two new people in class! One of them transfered from a BCMG class, his name is Qing Yuan, and another I'm not really sure, but I know her name is Charissa. Welcome to S03H! Hope you're having an awesome time with the funny people in the class. Hmmm... Did the medicine ball thing with Qing Yuan during PE on Thursday, and played cards with Charissa, Lawrence and Azrin on Friday. So thats how I got to know both of them a bit better. FYI... A edited the front part of the post, cos I got Qing Yuan's name wrong. Always get it mixed up. Haha. Either Quan Yong, Yuan Qing or Yong Quan. Hahah. My mistake. Will try not to make it again although my memory is failing. Haha. Hmmm... Wednesday and Thursday ended early, and I was pretty glad about that. At least I had time to rest and prepare for the guitar camp on Friday. Spent the time playing games on my new comp! HP games. Like Insaniquarium, Mahjong Quest, Bejeweled etc etc. Haha. Starting to get addicted. But luckily al
Hey guys! Hmmm... Sorry to disappoint you guys, but I don't think I'll be writing my 200th post after all. Well, the decision to make it a class project was approved, and I'll be doing it with my class. I think we'll come up with something at the end of the 2 years at RJ. And well, I'll try to tell you guys more about my classmates on the way instead ok? Friday was a really really fun day. PE was awesome, cos I was very very on form during soccer. I played on the right flank, with my classmates Jheeva on the left attacking flank and Mam in the centre. We were a good team, created lots of chances but didn't really get to score. Sounds like Liverpool right? Coincidentally, Mam is a huge huge Liverpool fan. Haha. My best run was from midfield down the right flank, during which I wrong-footed 2 defenders. At the corner flag, I managed to get loose from the marking defender and cut into the penalty box. It was 1 opponent vs us 3 then, and I crossed, but Mam couldn

School Life

Hey guys... Uhh... Well. Still working on my 200th post. But looking at it, I still think it isn't complete. Hmmm... I'm thinking of making a class project! I think its a good idea. But we'll see... Today was a nice day. Although we had a maths test and a long long day. And to top it all off, we had a briefing about our H3 Biology. There are 4 modules I can choose from, two from NUS, one from NTU and one from NTU. Strangely, the RJ module sounds the hardest. NUS is offering a Biodiversity module (You get to learn more about nature and touch the animals and stuff like that) and Cell Microbiology (Which is studying cells and DNA etc) NTU has a research module with a bit of maths inside, and RJ is offering proteomics (The study of proteins). In a dilemma. Don't know what to take. Will pray for guidance... Had auditions for a main ensemble part in RJ, and I made it! Yay. Well, it wasn't really that difficult. Had to play the concert pieces as well as sight read a short
