Finally, we are in the thick of youth month... As I see the hustle and bustle around me I'm reminded of PoP last year, and this year expectations are running high with SoS... Quite excited to see what will come out of it. If anything, its a big testament of God's faithfulness! So far I've been focusing more on the leader's training syllabus, and my heart goes out to all the older ones in YE... When I was in YE at the age of 17+ I already found myself not learning much from the weekly sessions, because many of those things were information that I heard before that, and served merely as reminders. I only was able to grow spiritually as a result of putting God and others before myself, and that I learnt through leadership! It's quite fantastic how my spiritual journey improved by leaps and bounds because I was able to forsake my own selfish desires and have that loving relationship with God my heavenly father, and being in favor with man...
