Post number 481!
Rev Cecil McSparron. I've never seen him before, but from what I've heard during the memorial service, he was really an amazing person. Everything that I want to be. Being able to hear about how he touched the lives of so many of the adults in church today was inspiring. And the most wonderful thing: he touched my life even through me hearing about him. That's just how amazing I think he is.
From what I've heard, his expository sermons were awe-inspiring, his ministry was fruitful, his heart was full of concern for every single person around him, to the point of him remembering every little single detail of conversations he's had with people. His desire was that people seek the will of God when making decisions, and he truly loved God with all his heart, soul, and mind.
Wonder if I'll be like that someday?
See you in heaven, Rev McSparron. Looking forward to meeting you!
